What is 1 for 31?

1 for 31 is the idea that if each of you who landed here agreed to take a small step, together we could make a huge difference. 

Whether you choose to donate $1, one time, a dollar a day for as many days as you can, or if you choose to make a one time donation of $31 (representative of the number of days in May, which is Mental Health Awareness month), or a donation of any other amount, IT ALL MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE.

What will these funds go towards?

These funds will go towards the resources needed to create real change in the lives of those affected by mental illness.

Resources such as:

  • counseling
  • temporary housing
  • on going programs to keep individuals accountable while knowing they have a support system
  • providing informational tools to communities where mental health is largely stigmatized therefore left untreated

What are mindfulness workshops and what can I expect to gain from attending?

Mindfulness workshops provide practical techniques for stress reduction and focus enhancement. Expect a supportive environment for self-reflection and relaxation.

Is this really possible?
